Asparagus is so tasty with so little work, all you really need is a bit of oil and salt and pepper
- 1 pound of fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the grill for high heat.
- Lightly coat the asparagus spears with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill over high heat for 2 or 3 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
Never be afraid to try and experiment with different seasonings on your asparagus!
